Hey there, and welcome to RandomSauce's brand new page. This page is going to be solely for book recommendations and just books in general. I am going to post some books that I have read recently and think that you guys would enjoy. Also, if you have read a book recently that you would recommend to people, tell me about it in the "Questions?" page and I will try to get my hands on a copy of it, read it, and if I like it I will post it here. If you have any other ideas for this page, feel free to express it in the "Questions?" page.
*NOTE* Try to avoid books that everyone knows about e.g. Harry Potter.

The Luxe - Anna Godbersen
This is an amazing book filled with lies, betrayal, backstabbing, heartbreak, and romance. I absolutely recommend it to you guys. I started it and I literally couldn't put it down, I read all day. I actually stayed up till 2 A.M. to finish it. It's too amazing to put into words, you'll have to read it to find out. WARNING: This may not be a book for guys, because it has some lovey dovey stuff.(If you know what I mean)
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time - Mark Haddon Schooled-Gordon Korman
This is a touching story of a fifteen year old boy named Christopher that suffers from Autism. His teacher encourages him to write a book about how he solves the case of who killed his neighbours poodle. Along the way he uncovers many secrets and how to deal with his mental disability. I think that this book is great because it's so interesting to see how his mind works. Trust me, if you read this, you'll love it. You also learn quite a bit of math because that's how he stays calm, by doing math problems in his head. Also, it has lots of diagrams of how he figures out things, so it's very interesting.h
Schooled-Gordon Korman
This is a story about a boy hippie named Capricorn Anderson trying to integrate into normal school after having spent all of his life in a farm commune. What makes it worse, is a group of kids are doing whatever they can to crack him. This is so great, it's so funny because he does such "bad" things are so innocent and good spirited. I highly recommend it, I have read it at least fifteen times. That's how good it is.
The Inheritance Series - Christopher Paolini
There are four books in this series and the last one just came out on the 8th of November. I'm so excited to start reading it! It's a fantasy book about dragons and dragon riders and I would definitely recommend it. It's kind of like Lord of the Rings and Dragon Rider combined. It's really well written especially considering the author wrote the first book when he was 15! I'm actually really sad that the last book is out, because that means the series is over. :(
